Position Overview The Office Services Coordinator is the front face of our New York corporate headquarters and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, professional experience for associates, customers, and guests. At its core, this is a hospitality and workplace services position responsible for reception, visitor support, showroom and meeting readiness, catering coordination, office amenities, and maintaining clean, organized, and presentation-ready front-of-house spaces. The role also offers exposure to different areas of the business. As time and office activity allow, the Coordinator may assist Sales, Design, Merchandising, and other teams with showroom setup, samples, product, events, projects, and other business needs. Essential Role Functions

  • Serve as the first point of contact for associates, customers, guests, vendors, and visitors to the New York office.
  • Maintain the reception area, lobby, showrooms, guest restrooms, and other front-facing spaces so they are consistently clean, stocked, organized, and presentation-ready.
  • Manage showroom reservations and support conference room scheduling, meeting setup and breakdown, and room resets between appointments.
  • Coordinate catering requests, deliveries, setup and breakdown, and maintain preferred vendor information and required certificates of insurance.
  • Manage weekly grocery and hospitality ordering and maintain appropriate inventory of refreshments, coffee, pantry, kitchen, hospitality, and office supplies.
  • Anticipate busy visitor, showroom, meeting, and event periods and proactively communicate with the Office Administrator when additional support or coverage may be needed.
  • Maintain the employee Cafe information screen and create engaging content for birthdays, service anniversaries, office information, and other company announcements.
  • Provide backup support for employee-facing and back-office Office Services functions as needed.
  • As capacity allows and in coordination with the Office Administrator, assist other corporate teams with showroom, sample, product, event, administrative, and project support.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned that are reasonably within the scope of the role.

What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, service-minded, and proactive. You notice what needs attention and take care of it. You are comfortable adjusting priorities when the office gets busy, asking for help before service is impacted, and moving between different responsibilities throughout the day. You should also enjoy the hospitality side of the role. Opportunities to work with product and other areas of the business are part of what makes this position interesting, but providing an exceptional front-of-house and workplace experience is the foundation of the job. Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Fashion Merchandising, or a related fashion field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, office services, reception, workplace experience, customer service, or a similar service-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and recognize when additional support is needed.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 preferred.
  • Ability to regularly move throughout the office, assist with meeting and event setup, and lift or carry up to 25 pounds.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Showroom, fashion, merchandising, product, or sample experience.
  • Experience coordinating catering, office hospitality, events, or workplace services.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base compensation.
  • Three weeks of paid time off within the first year of employment.
  • Paid holidays.
  • Company-provided life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and paid parental leave.
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance options with low employee contributions.
  • Commuter benefit plan.
  • Optional supplemental life insurance, pet insurance, and accident and critical illness insurance at group rates.
  • 401(k).
  • Unlimited access to an award-winning online fitness and wellness program.
  • A fast-paced, collaborative workplace with opportunities for career growth.
