Regional Nurse Educator Duties

• Lead nursing education across our skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) buildings
• Make sure Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required education hours are met
• Plan and run training days
• Go on site to set up and train teams when a facility takes on a new or rarely seen acuity
• Roll out policies and procedures so they are followed on the floor

Regional Nurse Educator Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 per year
• Full time, with travel between facilities
• Location: Paramus, NJ

Regional Nurse Educator Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
• Multiple years as a Nurse Educator, or Director of Nursing (DON) experience with a clear focus on staff education
• Must have that experience in a nursing home / skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
