Nurse Practitioner (NP) Nursing home experience required. $160,000 per year. Rite Med Group is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) with nursing home experience to care for the residents of AristaCare at Manchester, a well-regarded skilled nursing facility (SNF) offering short-term rehabilitation, long-term care (LTC), and memory care in Ocean County. This Nurse Practitioner (NP) role is built for a provider who already knows the nursing home setting: its residents, its pace, and its regulations. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) position is the on-site clinical resource for the building, raising quality of care and reducing hospitalizations. • Order and interpret labs and diagnostics; manage medications
