Original job description
Full relocation package provided. A well-established, multi-facility skilled nursing organization based in the Greater Hartford, Connecticut area is seeking a Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) to lead all clinical operations across its portfolio of skilled nursing facilities. The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) is the company’s top clinical executive: every clinical leader reports to the CCO, and the buck stops with the CCO on quality of care, compliance, and outcomes. This is not a step-up role. The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) must already have a proven track record of end-to-end ownership of all clinical operations for a nursing home company – as a CCO, Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), or equivalent – where they were the final clinical decision-maker. Prior nursing home experience is required. Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) Benefits

- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid time off (PTO)
- 401(k) retirement plan
Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) Duties

- Lead and hold accountable facility Directors of Nursing (DON) and regional clinical leaders

Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) Compensation and Schedule
- Pay: $200,000 – $300,000 per year, plus bonus structure
- Full-time, on-site executive role
- Location: Greater Hartford, CT – local or willing to relocate (relocation paid)
Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Must have experience as a Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), or equivalent in the nursing home setting, with end-to-end ownership of clinical operations
