Production Breakdown Receiver Radwell International LLC | Warehouse Operations Full-Time | Hourly | On-site Schedule: Monday–Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm 1 Millennium Drive, Willingboro, NJ 08046
Summary Radwell International LLC is seeking a Production Breakdown Receiver to support our receiving and warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for unloading, opening, sorting, documenting, and preparing incoming repair, return, and outsourced shipments for processing. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and process incoming shipments delivered via UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, freight carriers, and other delivery services
- Sort and organize products for receiving and production teams
- Enter document numbers, tracking information, and customer details into Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
- Review RGA/RMA documentation and notes to identify special handling requirements
- Prepare shipments for the next stage of the receiving process
- Maintain accuracy and organization in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Meet productivity goals while adhering to quality standards and safety procedures
- Process approximately 40 boxes during an 8-hour shift while maintaining accuracy standards
- Perform additional duties, tasks, or work as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures
- Technical aptitude preferred

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Technical school education or related experience preferred
- Warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching
- Continuous repetitive hand movements
- Frequent movement of pallets, bins, and materials
- Use of pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Frequent lifting of up to 100 pounds and continuous lifting of lighter materials throughout the shift
- Ability to work within a warehouse and inventory environment
Compensation
The recruiting base pay range for this full-time position is $18.00–$20.00 per hour.
Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Work Environment This position operates in a warehouse and inventory setting. Team members are required to follow all company safety policies and procedures. Company-provided Radwear and identification badges must be worn as directed. Closed-toe, hard-soled footwear is required, and safety shoes are recommended. Employees will regularly handle incoming shipments, packages, pallets, and inventory materials while supporting receiving and warehouse operations.
