Position Impact:

The Sales Training Program Manager is responsible for owning, managing, and continuously improving the company’s sales training infrastructure to drive consistent, high-level performance across inside sales and door-to-door (D2D) sales channels, including contractor teams. This role oversees the development, implementation, and optimization of onboarding programs, manages and optimizes the LMS platform (Articulate 360), and develops and scales training frameworks such as train-the-trainer models for both internal teams and external partners. Proven success supporting both inside sales (phone-based) and outside sales (field or door-to-door) environments, including experience working with or training contractor teams
Demonstrated ability to own, manage, and continuously improve training programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences, including frontline teams and leadership
