Position Impact:

The Sales Training Program Manager is responsible for owning, managing, and continuously improving the company’s sales training infrastructure to drive consistent, high-level performance across inside sales and door-to-door (D2D) sales channels, including contractor teams. This role oversees the development, implementation, and optimization of onboarding programs, manages and optimizes the LMS platform (Articulate 360), and develops and scales training frameworks such as train-the-trainer models for both internal teams and external partners. The role is accountable for training program consistency, execution, and measurable impact on sales performance, onboarding effectiveness, and overall business outcomes.
