Bartender

Bartender Join the team at Rabel's Roadhaus BBQ and help us bring great drinks to life. We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing bartender who enjoys creating craft cocktails made to order using fresh ingredients. If you take pride in guest service and love a fast-paced restaurant environment, we’d love to meet you.

• Provide a welcoming, positive drinking experience for every guest.
• Serve guests promptly while maintaining a clean, stocked, and sanitary bar area.
• Ensure each order is prepared with attention to detail and presented accurately.
• Prepare, stock, and maintain ingredients by following established recipes and standards.
• Follow all procedures for alcohol service, sanitation, and safety, including proper dating, labeling, and rotation of beverage items.
• Support daily bar inventory by coordinating supplies and submitting orders to the supervisor; assist with receiving deliveries.
• Contribute ideas and help develop daily, holiday, and theme drink menus in collaboration with the supervisor.
• Help ensure smooth bar operations during the supervisor’s absence.
• Complete cleaning tasks according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed.
• Assist with orienting and onboarding new employees to the work area and expectations.
• Listen to guest feedback and help resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Support training by helping others learn new equipment and effective cleaning methods.
• Participate in initiatives, committees, or projects that improve service quality and team productivity.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Rabel's Roadhaus BBQ started in a food truck in 2018 in our hometown of La Vernia, TX. Rabel's grew from there, and opened up a brick and mortar restaurant in New Berlin, TX in 2020. We were in New Berlin for four years before the opportunity to move to our current La Vernia, TX. location came to us in 2023, and officially moved in July of 2024.
