Original job description

At Quantcast, we don't just build advertising technology, we revolutionize how it works. Our AI-powered Demand Side Platform (DSP) connects the world's most ambitious marketers with their ideal audiences across the open internet, delivering results that actually move the needle. Since 2006, we've been the industry's trailblazer, launching the first AI-powered measurement platform for publishers and the first AI-driven DSP. Our AI doesn't just optimize - it delivers the measurable outcomes that matter most to our clients, giving them the competitive edge they need in a crowded marketplace. Ready to join the team that's defining the future of digital advertising?

The Account Executive is a critical quota-carrying role responsible for driving new partnerships with agencies and brand-direct marketers. This team is a primary driver of company growth - prospecting, pitching, and closing net-new business - while working closely with sales development, marketing, sales leadership, and cross-functional partners to ensure client success.

What you'll do:

Partner with sales leadership and SDRs to identify, engage, and win new agency and brand-direct accounts.
Research, map, and connect with decision-makers using LinkedIn, CRM, and other prospecting tools.
Build tailored pitches and presentations that align Quantcast’s value to client needs.
Lead negotiations and close deals that deliver impact for both client and company.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
Respond to RFPs and develop proposals for first-time campaigns.
Work with marketing on lead-gen initiatives and partner with the events team to increase awareness of Quantcast.
Leverage prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MediaRadar, etc.) to consistently build pipeline.
Maintain strong pipeline hygiene across 50–100 accounts with disciplined stage progression.

Who you are:

4-5 years of sales experience, ideally in programmatic, digital advertising or AdTech.
Proven experience selling into media agencies and/or brand-direct marketers, with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and complex deal cycles.
Strong hunter mentality - history of balancing prospecting, working warm leads and closing net-new business.
Track record of success in quota-driven environments.
Skilled communicator able to translate technical, multi-product and platform based concepts for executive-level audiences.
Established relationships with small to mid-size agencies or brand-direct marketers (a strong plus).

At Quantcast, we craft offers that reflect your unique skills, expertise, and geographic location. On top of a competitive salary, this position includes a performance bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. For more details, visit our Careers Page https://www.quantcast.com/careers/ and see how we support our team. We are headquartered in San Francisco with offices around the world. Quantcast is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Please see the Applicant Privacy Notice https://legal.quantcast.com/#applicant-privacy-notice for details on our applicant privacy policy. Join the team that unlocks potential.
