Who you are:

As our Manager - Finance & Accounting Applications, you'll be the mastermind behind optimizing our core business systems – Workday Financials, Adaptive Insights, Kyriba and enabling applications. You'll lead a team of experts to unlock the full potential of these applications, streamlining processes and driving performance across the organization.

What you will do:

• Functional Roadmaps – Completion and maintenance of functional roadmaps through collaboration with the Director Business Support Systems and functional leaders, review of vendor release and roadmap materials.
• Application & Business Process Enhancements – Scoping, planning, and execution of approved application enhancement projects, and requests for configuration changes.
• System Availability, Confidentiality, and Security Standards - Development and implementation of specifications and procedures in accordance with ISO27001:2013 standards.
• User Support - Managing the completion of Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalated support cases.
• Application Usage Monitoring - Monthly analysis and reporting on application usage and performance.

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Workday Financials implementation experience or two or more years of Workday Financials Administration experience
• Experience with enabling applications such as Adaptive Insights, OneSource, Bloomberg, etc.
• Kyriba Treasury Management experience, or similar, is a plus.
• Two or more years of people management experience including cross-functional and third party providers.
• Experienced in Information Technology project management methodologies, including agile, and has successfully completed a variety of Information Technology enhancement projects utilizing different project delivery models.
• US Citizenship is required by law due to federal contracts.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Virginia. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Virginia only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Virginia with compensation that aligns with your location. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.

The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Virginia, is:

$140,585.25 - 214,992.34

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
