Housekeeping Quality Inn & Suites -- Caldwell, OH Shifts: 12-20 hrs./week (Sun--Sat) Minimum Age: 18 Housekeeping duties include cleaning and sanitizing rooms and common areas, changing linens, managing laundry, restocking supplies, removing trash, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring guest comfort and safety. - Make beds and change linens according to standards. - Restock toiletries, towels, coffee, and other amenities. - Remove trash and replace liners. Laundry & Linen Management - Wash, dry, fold, and sort linens. - Maintain linen inventory and ensure proper handling to avoid cross-contamination. Supplies & Equipment - Restock cleaning supplies and monitor inventory - Use cleaning equipment safely and store it properly after shifts. - Follow chemical handling procedures and PPE guidelines. Reporting & Compliance - Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and necessary repairs. - Log and turn in lost-and-found items. - Follow health, safety, and privacy regulations. Public Area Upkeep - Clean lobbies, corridors, and shared spaces. - Inspect public areas to maintain cleanliness standards. Customer Service & Teamwork - Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with housekeeping teams and maintain positive interactions with guests.
