Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor screw machines and other production equipment.

• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and job specifications.

• Perform basic preventive maintenance and routine machine upkeep.

• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential production issues.

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and make necessary machine adjustments.

• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.

• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions.

• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and equipment adjustments.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Safety Requirements

• Steel-toe safety shoes are required and must be provided by the employee.

• Safety glasses and earplugs will be provided.

• Must follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines.
