Industrial Maintenance Technician – Electrical & Mechanical

Position Summary

Qualified Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and production equipment.

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment failures.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.

• Troubleshoot motors, wiring, electrical controls, and mechanical components.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and equipment manuals.

• Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Identify equipment issues and minimize production downtime.

• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO).

Qualifications

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills required.

• Experience working with motors, electrical systems, and industrial machinery.

• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics preferred.

• Ability to work independently and solve equipment problems.
