Position Overview

Qualified Staffing is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer for a direct-hire opportunity with an established manufacturing company in Chesterfield, Virginia.

Our client is looking for a skilled developer to join a collaborative, cross-functional team responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting software solutions that drive production and business operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both front-end and back-end development, with proficiency in C#, React, JavaScript, and SQL. This position involves working with a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central back end and supporting the full software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development (70%)

• Design, develop, test, and maintain back-end applications using C#, SQL, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central AL.

• Develop and maintain responsive front-end applications using React and JavaScript.

• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.

• Develop and optimize applications and databases to support production management and business operations.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective software solutions.

• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, efficiency, and functionality.

Collaboration & Technical Support (30%)

• Collaborate with technical teams, business leaders, and other departments to design and implement software solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and training to IT staff on React, C#, JavaScript, and development best practices.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, system procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Monitor system performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.

• Support ongoing system enhancements and software initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, OR at least 3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, React, and JSON.

• Experience with back-end development and relational databases.

• Understanding of software development methodologies and the full development life cycle.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

• Ability to work onsite in Chesterfield, Virginia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and AL programming language.

• Experience with PHP, MySQL, and Apache.

• Experience developing software solutions for manufacturing or production environments.

Compensation & Benefits
