Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Qualified Staffing is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Level 1 CNC Machinist for a reputable, well-established manufacturing company in the Blue Water Area.

Please Note: This is NOT a machine operator or button-pushing position. Candidates must have basic CNC setup knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and an understanding of machining processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform basic CNC machine setups and adjustments.
• Position, secure, and align parts using fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and machining specifications.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot basic machining issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience required.
• Basic CNC setup and fixturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using micrometers and calipers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and a solid work history.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and develop machining skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
