About the Role:

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. You will be responsible for accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit. This position requires strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, adhere to health and safety standards, and handle transactions accurately. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• Process payments and provide correct change or receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and resolve any issues.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Skills:
