The firm has a strong backlog of work and an established municipal client base. Theyre looking for someone who can take ownership of projects while staying close to the technical engineering work. Project Manager Responsibilities:\ - Lead municipal water and wastewater projects from planning and design through construction and closeout\ - Design and coordinate treatment facilities, pump/lift stations, distribution and collection systems, and facility upgrades\ - Prepare plans, specifications, calculations, reports, cost estimates, and construction documents\ - Manage schedules, budgets, permitting, client communication, and technical deliverables\ - Work directly with municipalities, utility districts, regulators, contractors, and internal engineering teams\ - Mentor developing engineers and help strengthen long-term client relationships
