System Turnover Lead – US, Ohio – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a System Turnover Lead to support this project and help deliver this world-class program. What you’ll deliver: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the system turnover process across the project.Supervise and support Systems Turnover Coordinators and Construction System Owners (CSO), providing guidance on turnover procedures, documentation requirements, and system readiness activities.Support early establishment and reviews of turnover packages.Systematically walk down systems and areas to identify work needed to achieve Mechanical Completion (MC) and Substantial Completion (SC), documenting system ownership and responsibility via the MC form.Establish system turnover priorities and sequencing in alignment with construction completion and C&Q schedules.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Extensive experience in construction management or project management.Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
