Start-up Process Engineer – US, Ohio – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Start-up Process Engineer to support this project and help deliver this world-class program. What you’ll deliver: Review test cases for System Startup, System Shakedown, Installation Verification and OperationalVerification before approval and after execution.Review and approve discrepancy reports as required; ensure technical issues are appropriately resolved or escalated.Review turnover / handover packages after Mechanical Completion (MC) and following completion of C&Q test cases.Attend MC walkdowns; participate in Pre-Functional Testing Safety Review walkthroughs and document action items.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field (specified).Strong experience in manufacturing, C&Q, engineering or arelated discipline (specified).Familiarity with system startup, shakedown, Installation Verification and Operational Verification test cases, including pre- and post-execution review.Able to review technical protocols, discrepancies and MC / C&Q turnover records with attention to detail.
