Senior Construction PM – US, Ohio – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Senior Construction PM to support this project and help deliver this world-class program. What you’ll deliver: Act as the primary client-side Construction Lead and central construction interface with the Construction Management partner, Fluor, subcontractors and project stakeholders.Provide senior-level oversight of construction activities, ensuring alignment with project scope, approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements and delivery milestones.Lead and coordinate client-side construction personnel responsible for field oversight, inspection and verification.Promote a collaborative, high-performance culture between the client, Fluor, engineering partners, construction contractors and C&Q teams.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a closely related technical discipline.Extensive experience managing major construction projects, ideally involving capital investments of $500 million to $2 billion or greater.Proven experience in senior construction management or client-side construction leadership on technically complex industrial programmes.Strong background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences or comparable process-industry construction.Demonstrated expertise overseeing multidisciplinary construction activities, including mechanical, piping, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation and process equipment installations.
