Process Maintenance Tech (HVAC) – US, North Carolina – Initial 6-Month Contract – Life Sciences Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Process Maintenance Tech to support the delivery of their large-scale CAPEX project based near North Carolina. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States. What you'll do: Plans and performs preventative maintenance and repairs on Utility related equipmentAssists with developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtimeMaintains accurate maintenance records and documentationEvaluates and recommends new equipment purchases and upgradesCollaborates with other departments to identify and address cross-functional issuesManages vendor relationships and negotiates contracts for maintenance services and equipment purchases

What you'll need:
