Construction Project Manager - US, East Coast - Permanent ContractOur client is rapidly emerging as a leading provider of advanced Cloud & AI infrastructure for global innovators. As they continue to grow, they’re hiring a Construction Project Manager to join their team based on the East Coast. What you’ll do: Oversee all phases of data center construction, from design review to commissioning and handover.Serve as the primary liaison with local authorities, utilities, and regulatory bodies.Lead commissioning activities, ensuring all systems (electrical, mechanical, BMS, security, etc.) are fully tested and validated.After commissioning, oversee daily facility operations, preventive maintenance, and vendor management.Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.

What you’ll need:

Extensive experience in data center or mission-critical construction project management.Experience leading full life cycle construction projects from inception to completion.Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.A willingness to travel to various construction sites across the US Ready for your next challenge?
