Position Overview:

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of Residential Electrical experience including leading & managing installations and training apprentices. Position Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of residential electrical experience
• Working knowledge of residential electrical systems, components, and wiring methods
• Ability to safely repair and replace outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, breakers, panels, and wiring
• Experience installing dedicated circuits, EV chargers, whole-home surge protection, and other residential electrical upgrades
• Thorough understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and local inspection standards
• Strong commitment to electrical safety, quality workmanship, and code compliance

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead residential electrical installations from start to completion.
• Perform panel replacements, service upgrades, meter equipment installations, grounding, and bonding.
• Complete whole-home rewiring projects, circuit additions, EV charger installations, and lighting upgrades.
• Plan job layouts, materials, manpower requirements, and installation schedules to ensure efficient project execution.
• Direct, mentor, and train apprentices while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
• Coordinate effectively with service teams, inspectors, and utility representatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with applicable NEC codes, local regulations, and inspection requirements.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, provide project updates, and deliver a clean, polished finished product.
