  • Track, research, and follow up on outstanding payroll tax issues in coordination with ADP, Finance, and HR
  • Support year-end activities including W-2 validation and payroll reconciliations

Benefits & Retirement Deduction Oversight

  • Audit employee benefit deductions to ensure accuracy and alignment with benefit elections, eligibility rules, and carrier requirements
  • Partner with HR and Benefits to resolve deduction discrepancies, retroactive changes, and missed or incorrect deductions
  • Maintain and submit regular payroll-related uploads and files to benefit carriers, COBRA administrators, and other benefit vendors
  • Prepare and transmit payroll census files, contribution files, and required uploads to 401(k) and retirement plan providers
  • Support benefit and retirement plan audits by providing payroll data, reconciliation reporting, and documentation

  • Support payroll-, benefits-, and retirement-related audits, including internal, external, and vendor audits
  • Maintain documentation, controls, and audit trails related to payroll processing, tax activity, benefit deductions, and vendor uploads
  • Prepare payroll and deduction reconciliation reports for HR and Finance leadership

Employee Support & HR Partnership

  • Partner closely with HR Operations and Benefits to ensure alignment between payroll, benefits administration, and HR policies
  • Ensure payroll practices consistently align with organizational policies and pay practices
