- Assist with project close-out documentation and final records package assembly.
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain professional communication with contractors, NYSDOT staff, and internal team members.
- Perform other related administrative duties as assigned to support the CIQC and construction inspection effort.

- Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
- Ability to work in a field-office setting and adapt to project schedules (occasional overtime or adjusted hours possible).
- Primarily office-based within a project field office, with occasional site visits in a deadline-driven environment requiring accuracy and adaptability to varying project demands.
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting and computer work, occasional lifting of files or boxes weighing up to 25–30 lbs., and the ability to navigate a construction field office environment.
