The Role
We are entering an important generational chapter. The Chief Operating Officer role exists to ensure a strong leadership transition while helping the company continue to outperform in an increasingly complex and fast-changing beverage distribution environment across the NYC metro area and beyond.
The business today is operating effectively and at scale. The opportunity ahead is to look over the horizon and introduce new initiatives, ways of working, and strategic clarity that will allow our company to win at an even faster rate in the years ahead. The COO will assume the full scope previously held by the last employee and serve as the senior operating leader of the enterprise. This leader will help define what must be different to succeed long term, align the organization around that vision, and ensure the annual profit plan is developed, delivered, and grown with discipline. This is not a corporate COO role. It is an ownership-minded operator role.
