Original job description
Plow Snow. Get Paid Well. Start This Season. ProScapes is hiring Snow Plow Operators for winter 2026–27. We’ve served the Twin Cities since 1958, and we need dependable people for our commercial and residential routes. Pay: $32–$45 per hour, depending on experience, plus overtime during big storms. What you’ll do: Run plow trucks, skid steers, or loaders. Clear parking lots and drive lanes. Spread salt. Follow a set route with clear site maps.
What you need:
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable way to get to our Eagan shop.
- The ability to come in when it snows, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Some equipment or plowing experience is a plus. We’ll train the right person.
What you get: Well-maintained equipment, organized routes, 401(k) with company match (for eligible employees), and a path to a full-time, year-round job if you want one. It takes about 3 minutes to apply. We’ll call you within 2 business days.
