Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long‑Term Care Thermopolis, Wyoming
Contract: 13‑Week Contract Shift: Nights Hours: 48 Hours per Week Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2039
Position Overview The LPN Long‑Term Care role requires delivering high‑quality nursing care within a skilled nursing environment. The clinician will uphold clinical standards, support interdisciplinary care plans, and ensure resident safety and well‑being.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by authorized providers
- Monitor and document resident conditions accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with nursing and support staff to maintain continuity of care
- Support activities of daily living while promoting resident dignity
Candidate Requirements
- Active LPN license (Wyoming or compact‑eligible)
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum one year of long‑term care experience preferred
- Demonstrated professionalism, communication skills, and reliability
