We're proud to have a diverse, global team where we value the individual and enrich our culture by considering varied perspectives because we believe people power progress. Join us as a Senior Financial Analyst and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward. This will be a hybrid role working between your home office and our Burlington, MA headquarters. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst will partner with business leaders in IT, Workplace Operations, and the Office of the Chief AI Officer. You will manage expense forecasts, track software vendor agreements, reconcile actuals, post journal entries, and deliver reporting and variance analyses to support spending decisions and strategic initiatives. This role offers exposure to executives across the organization and requires strong FP&A, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, cross-functional collaboration, adaptability, discretion, and the ability to deliver accurate insights under competing deadlines.

In this role, you will:

Partner with senior leaders in IT, Workplace Operations, and the Office of the Chief AI Officer to align spending with business priorities and provide foundational guidance on expenses and budget availability. Own OPEX and CAPEX forecasts, working with budget owners to validate assumptions and update spending plans as business needs change. Reconcile actual expenses and prepare and post journal entries for monthly close, coordinating with Accounting and maintaining supporting documentation. Partner with Accounting to apply GAAP accounting rules to expense, capital, and forecast treatment. Prepare and distribute management reports on OPEX and CAPEX performance, spending trends, and forecast assumptions for senior leadership. Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts, explaining operational drivers, risks, opportunities, and implications for future spending. Partner with business leaders on ad hoc analyses to evaluate expense assumptions and the financial impact of proposed initiatives. Partner with Procurement on contract management to align vendor agreements with budgets, forecasts, and spending plans. Maintain accurate forecasting models and improve reporting processes, data quality, efficiency, and consistency.

Your background:

Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field. Working knowledge of accrual accounting and hands-on experience preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling expenses, and documenting month-end close entries. Ability to engage confidently with executive leaders while diving into the details with team members at every level of the organization.
