Revenue Operations Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations, or related analytics roles.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM - report builder, dashboards, data management.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills including pivot tables and data modeling.

Revenue Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain reporting dashboards and automated reports for sales, marketing, and customer care teams.
• Develop and standardize KPIs and performance metrics across the revenue cycle.
• Create campaign attribution reports to measure marketing ROI.
• Perform analysis on sales funnel performance, lead quality, and customer trends to generate insights.
• Lead and mentor analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present data-driven insights to leadership.
