Mobile Phlebotomist

Job Title: Mobile Phlebotomist Location: In and around Burlington County, NJ Pay Rate: Minimum hourly rate of $20/hour. Compensation changes and is based on the number of accurately completed draws or specimen collection. Our phlebotomists typically make (full-time): $20.00 - $37.00 per hour. Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 hour shifts, typically 7am-3pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide patients with the highest level of care.
• Uphold the highest level of ethical behavior.
• Follow policies, procedures, and requirements stipulated by PTI Mobile Lab and our partners.
• Procure blood and other laboratory specimens from patients utilizing standard venipuncture (and other appropriate) procedures.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, and freeze when required).
• Transport specimens to local lab or PSC for processing.

Qualifications

• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate by NCCT, NHA or a current certification by an accepted certifying agency for phlebotomy. This job requires employees to demonstrate initial and annual competencies in order to remain in the position.
• Experience using a smartphone, computer, and office printer
• Valid Driver’s License in state of residence, (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable, efficient transportation and proof of current liability insurance
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in phlebotomy.
• Mobile Phlebotomy experience a plus.
