On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a UKG Integration Tester for a contract role. This position is a remote position.

UKG Integration Tester - Job Description:

Our client is transitioning its HCM system from Lawson/Infor to Workday, with UKG already live for timekeeping. We are seeking an experienced consultant to test the new integrations between Workday and UKG, supporting integration testing, build work, final testing, go-live, and hypercare.

UKG Integration Tester - Responsibilities:

• Consult on the functional grouping of modules and recommend solutions spanning multiple functional areas
• Lead system unit, integration, and regression testing for enhancements and new functionality in UKG
• Support integration build work between Workday and UKG
• Participate in and lead requirements analysis sessions, and develop design specifications for integrations, reports, and application configuration
• Make business process testing recommendations and participate in process workflow sessions
• Perform testing and document the outcomes
• Investigate user problems and needs, identify the source, troubleshoot, and determine solutions
• Provide go-live and hypercare support, including configuration support in UKG after go-live
• Identify, resolve, and escalate project and operational issues
• Report project activity and status to management daily
• Provide information to education content developers to support training activities
• Coordinate with vendors on the implementation or support of their products

UKG Integration Tester - Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Workday to UKG integrations
• Strong UKG experience, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience leading system, integration, and regression testing
• Experience supporting at least one go-live and hypercare period
• Ability to work across multiple functional areas and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders
• Comfortable providing daily status updates to management

UKG Integration Tester – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Workday HCM
• Experience with UKG WFM modules (timekeeping, accruals, scheduling)
• Experience on a legacy-to-Workday migration
• Experience writing integration design specifications and test documentation

UKG Integration Tester - Assignment Location:

Remote position
