Senior Project Manager: On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Manager for a contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s San Antonio, Texas office. Senior Project Manager - Job Description: The Senior Project Manager will provide analytical, reporting, and project coordination support for a large-scale program. This role involves managing large data sets, creating executive-ready materials, and working with cross-functional teams to support program risk and issue management. Senior Project Manager - Responsibilities: • Build, maintain, and update complex project plans in Microsoft Project. • Develop and analyze large data sets using advanced Excel functions. • Create professional PowerPoint presentations for large audiences and leadership. • Provide support for program-level Risk and Issue management. • Develop filters, dashboards, and reports in Jira and maintain data quality. • Build or assist in creating Power BI dashboards and metrics. • Perform thorough data quality checks across multiple systems. • Support program communications with strong written and verbal messaging. • Assist in maintaining SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and program documentation. Senior Project Manager - Mandatory Skills: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent analytical capability. • 3–5 years of professional experience in project coordination or analytics. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables. • Advanced experience building PowerPoint presentations. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project. • Experience using Jira and Power BI. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Senior Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Advanced degree in an appropriate discipline. • Professional Certification, such as PMI or BRMI. • Experience with Agile project methodology. • Experience in the Utility industry. • Experience with large ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
