ProAmpac is growing our Flexible Packaging Sales Team!
We’re looking for experienced Sales Account Managers to join our Dairy, Pet & Protein Division, with a focus on expanding our flexible packaging presence in the dairy market across the Midwest.
We’re interested in connecting with two types of sales professionals:
- New Business / Sales Hunters – Proven prospectors who know how to open doors, develop relationships, and convert opportunities into new business
- Key Account Managers – Strategic relationship builders who know how to manage, retain, and grow complex, high-value customer accounts.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in business, packaging, engineering, or relevant work experience
- 5-12 years of successful flexible packaging sales experience
- Experience selling roll-stock, pouches, lidding films and other flexible film solutions
- Experience working directly with mid-to-large CPG customers in the Dairy Market
- Strong understanding of film/resin structures, printing & converting, packaging applications, and sustainability solutions
- Ability to lead customer opportunities from initial conversation through commercialization by partnering across technical, operations, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams

Remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Midwest
Travel: Approximately 20–40+%
Compensation: Competitive base salary (based on experience) + bonus/commission
