YOUR SCHEDULE

Standard hours are 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Some remote or onsite work may be required for overseeing operations.

YOUR IMPACT AS OUR WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER

In this role, you'll lead efficient, accurate daily workflows to meet productivity targets across inventory, shipping, order fulfillment, and value-added service processes. You'll monitor your team, plan the day-to-day responsibilities, and uphold a culture of safety, quality, and continual improvement. Thinking strategically, you'll support the company's financial health by controlling labor costs, properly using resources and assets, and adjusting activities to stay within budget.

The Warehouse Operations Manager monitors key performance metrics, such as order accuracy, shipping time, and inventory turnover, and adapts strategies to improve these areas. You'll also support team members' development by coaching them in their roles and leading hands-on cross-training opportunities. You'll also play a part in our recruiting, hiring, motivation, and disciplinary activities, working closely with HR reps to keep our team strong and maintain a positive, collaborative environment.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse operations, and distribution management
• 5+ years of experience with HR policies and regulations
• 5+ years of experience using warehouse management systems
• Fantastic organization, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Our ideal Warehouse Operations Manager has a bachelor's degree in a related field (like logistics or transportation), is forklift certified (or willing to be trained), and has a valid driver's license. Proficiency in NetSuite, RF-SMART, spreadsheets, and Microsoft/Google applications would be a bonus! Inventory management skills with a drive to learn more and improve processes would also be preferred.
