About Priority:
Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. is a leading financial technology company on a mission to deliver a personalized, easy-to-adopt financial toolset that accelerates cash flow and optimizes working capital for businesses. Our vision is to eliminate the barriers to unlocking revenue - empowering businesses to grow faster and operate smarter.
We achieve this through the Priority Commerce Engine, an innovative platform that combines payables, acquiring, and banking and treasury solutions. This unified approach allows businesses to streamline financial operations, reduce unnecessary costs, and uncover new revenue opportunities.
At Priority, we're driven by results. We expect our people to be known for results - bringing expertise, momentum, and relentless focus to every challenge, helping our clients and each other thrive.
About the Role:
The Growth Development Coordinator supports the assessment, design, planning, and execution of development programs that address business needs, strengthen commercial capabilities, and advance revenue optimization and solution adoption. The role partners with managers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify performance gaps, research development needs, and translate findings into practical programs and resources. The coordinator manages initiatives from planning through delivery, supports selected facilitation activities, and evaluates effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. The role also provides limited train-the-trainer support to designated Sales onboarding trainers; direct onboarding of Sales representatives and formal product education are not responsibilities of this position. Formal product education is owned and delivered by Learning & Development.
Responsibilities:
Development Needs Assessment
- Meet with managers across departments to understand business challenges, performance gaps, and desired outcomes.
- Research upcoming development needs through stakeholder interviews, participant feedback, available performance data, and review of existing resources.
- Help distinguish knowledge and skill gaps from issues that may require changes to processes, tools, or management practices.
- Translate findings into clear development objectives and recommendations for program content and activities.
Commercial Growth and Development Program Design
- Partner with development leaders, managers, and subject matter experts to construct programs that support commercial growth, revenue optimization, and solution adoption.
- Help develop presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, exercises, and assessments.
- Incorporate relevant commercial scenarios, role-playing activities, and practical examples that support application on the job.
- Coordinate content reviews to ensure materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with development objectives.
- Provide limited train-the-trainer support to designated Sales onboarding trainers, including facilitator guidance and resources for consistent delivery of foundational onboarding content.
Project Management and Program Readiness
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and task assignments for each development program.
- Coordinate contributions from managers, subject matter experts, facilitators, and other stakeholders.
- Track deliverables, follow up on deadlines, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions needed.
- Manage revisions, approvals, and version control for development materials.
- Confirm that presentations, participant materials, activities, technology, and other resources are finalized and ready before each session.
- Coordinate session logistics, scheduling, and participant communications as needed.
Development Participation and Facilitation
- Participate in development sessions and support lead facilitators.
- Facilitate assigned segments, group discussions, exercises, and role-playing activities.
- Provide clear instructions, encourage participation, and help connect development concepts to participants’ day-to-day responsibilities.
- Capture questions and feedback to support follow-up and future improvements.
Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
- Gather participant and manager feedback to assess development program relevance and effectiveness.
- Help evaluate whether participants learned the intended skills and are applying them on the job.
- Recommend improvements to development content, delivery, and supporting resources.
- Maintain an organized collection of current development materials and reusable resources.
Growth Enablement Curriculum and Train-the-Trainer Development
- Develop and maintain standardized foundational growth and revenue enablement curricula; prepare designated business trainers to deliver the programs consistently rather than directly onboarding representatives.
- Develop standardized curricula, facilitator guides, and practical resources covering core commercial systems, processes, and workflows to strengthen operational effectiveness, solution adoption, and revenue optimization.
- Provide train-the-trainer support to designated Sales onboarding trainers, including facilitator guidance and resources to ensure consistent delivery of foundational onboarding content.
What Success Looks Like:
- Development materials and resources are accurate, approved, and ready by agreed deadlines.
- Development programs address clearly defined business needs and learning objectives.
- Stakeholders receive timely updates and understand their responsibilities.
- Participants find sessions relevant, engaging, and applicable to their work.
- Feedback and performance evidence inform ongoing improvements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in development coordination, learning and development, commercial enablement, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions, research business needs, and turn findings into practical development recommendations.
- Strong writing, editing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience developing presentations, instructional materials, or other learning resources.
- Confidence facilitating discussions and activities with adult learners.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and follow through on commitments.
- Proficiency with presentation, document, spreadsheet, and project management tools.
- Commercial or Sales experience or familiarity with revenue-generating processes preferred; payments or fintech experience is a plus.
- Relevant education or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
