Position Details:

- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Open to Independent Contractors (1099)

What You'll Do:
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy to improve daily living skills and independence
- Document progress and collaborate with the rehabilitation team
Requirements:
- Active New York OT license required
- Prior SNF experience preferred
- Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
