Core Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, while monitoring patient responses.
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and accurately document changes.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare staff to support individualized care plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive patient care environment

Candidate Requirements

• Valid New York State License.
• Up-to-date Physical Exam & TB Test (completed within the last 12 months).
