Printing – Account Manager/Project Manager

Our Client, a Dallas–Fort Worth area printing company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to handle customer accounts, estimating, and project coordination. This individual will guide projects from the initial quote through delivery, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, clear communication, and timely completion. Knowledge of sheetfed offset printing is required; experience with envelope production and W+D presses is a plus. This is a growth opportunity. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact, providing responsive service throughout each project
• Prepare accurate estimates based on job specifications, materials, and production requirements
• Coordinate projects from initial inquiry and quoting through production and delivery
• Review job details for accuracy and communicate customer requirements to production teams
• Monitor project schedules and work with internal departments to meet customer deadlines
• Communicate pricing, project updates, and changes to customers
• Resolve project issues and maintain accurate job and account records

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of sheetfed offset printing required
• Experience in printing account management, estimating, or project coordination
• Experience with envelope production and W+D presses preferred
• Ability to interpret job specifications and understand production requirements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to work onsite in the Dallas–Fort Worth area near DFW International Airport

Target salary: $60,000–$70,000.
