About Primordial Labs We're building the next generation interface for commanding autonomous systems in the real world. Our core product, Anura, translates spoken or typed intent into structured actions across drones, sensors, and mission software - enabling faster, more intuitive control in high-stakes environments. We’re a distributed team of engineers, operators, and technologists focused on deploying reliable autonomy at the tactical edge. The Opportunity We are looking for someone to build and run the operating system behind our growth team. As the BD org grows across air, land, sea, and cross-domain portfolios, we need someone who owns the pipeline process, the CRM, forecasting, proposal operations, and the rhythm that keeps captures moving. This is not an admin role. You'll sit with BD leadership, set the standards for how we qualify and review opportunities, and give the company a pipeline number it can trust. What You'll Do Pipeline, Forecasting, and Reporting
- Own the CRM: structure, data standards, stage definitions, and hygiene across all portfolios.
- Run the weekly pipeline review and monthly and quarterly forecast cycles with BD leadership and finance.
- Build dashboards on pipeline coverage, win rates, cycle time, and bookings by portfolio.
- Prepare pipeline and bookings material for executive and board reporting.
Capture and Proposal Operations
- Run the gate review process (qualification, bid/no-bid, pink, red, gold) and keep capture plans current.
- Stand up proposal operations: templates, boilerplate library, past performance records, and a proposal calendar.
- Coordinate proposal schedules across BD, engineering, finance, and contracts.
- Monitor SAM.gov, BAAs, CSO calls, and other solicitation sources and route opportunities to the right lead.
BD Team Operations
- Manage the BD operating rhythm, team planning, and account assignments.
- Track and manage external consultants and advisors, including scopes, deliverables, and performance reviews.
- Own the event and conference calendar, budget, and logistics with marketing.
- Onboard new BD hires into tools, process, and standards.
Compliance and Contracts Interface
- Work with contracts and legal on teaming agreements, NDAs, and subcontract flow.
- Maintain company registrations and certifications used in pursuits.
- Keep BD process aligned with export control, security, and OPSEC requirements for public material.
