• Primex Plastics is growing and a seeking full time Operator Assistants for 1st and 3rd shifts. This position starts at $18.50/hour and the 3rd shift opportunity adds a $2 shift premium. New employees earn wage increases at 60 days, 6 months, and 1st anniversary, plus receive quarterly bonuses which add another $2,000-6,000 annually. This means you could earn $40,000-$50,000 in your first year, depending on shift and bonus performance. Additionally, at Primex we offer great opportunities for advancement. Many of our entry-level employees are able to quickly enter Operator training in order to promote to more challenging roles with greater earnings.

Responsibilities:

Operator Assistants are responsible for preparing skids, packaging finished product, assisting line operators, and general plant housekeeping.

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly
• Must be able to accurately read a measuring tape
• Must be able to work independently and as a team

Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

1st shift: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. 2nd shift: Monday through Friday, 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. 40 hours per week with some overtime opportunities
