Complex Sales & Catering Director

Our resorts are made for gatherings, celebrations, and meetings that matter. As Complex Director of Sales & Catering, you will lead a team that fills our rooms and spaces with the right business and creates events our clients talk about for years.

Job Summary

Fill both resorts with groups, meetings, weddings, and events. Lead the sales team to build a strong pipeline of high-value business and events that bring clients back.

What You'll Do

Including but not limited to:

• Set and deliver sales targets for groups, catering, and social business
• Forecast and manage a strong pipeline across both resorts, and price for yield
• Own key accounts and lead high-value proposals
• Oversee catering and event execution with culinary and F&B teams
• Partner with Revenue Management on group rates and inventory

What You Bring

• 8+ years in hotel sales, with 3+ years leading a sales team
• Group and catering contracting experience
• Pipeline management across group, catering, and social business
• Experience with CRM systems
• Forecasting, yield management, and critical thinking, with the ability to read pipeline and revenue reports and build sales budgets
• Presence, persuasion, and genuine care for clients who rebook
• Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality, including Hilton or Marriott, preferred
