Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precision welding, cutting, and structural fabrication according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical schematics accurately.
• Inspect completed welds for alignment, quality, and compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Prepare, set up, and maintain welding equipment, hand tools, and raw materials efficiently.
• Collaborate with production team members and supervisors to meet project timelines safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly adhere to all OSHA and facility safety protocols.

Qualifications & Special Requirements:

• Direct experience as a Welder in an industrial, manufacturing, or shop setting.
• Proficiency with standard welding processes (MIG, TIG, or Stick) and trade tools.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and measure components with high accuracy.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Solid communication skills, strong work ethic, and a track record of reliable attendance.
