Warehouse Associate – Ticketing, Packing & Shipping (Seasonal) Location: [City, State / Facility Location] Position Type: Seasonal Full-Time / Part-Time (Immediate Start through April) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour (based on experience) Recruiter: PrideStaff Position Overview PrideStaff is currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to assist with ticketing, packing, and outbound shipping for retail store distribution. This is a seasonal assignment starting immediately and running through April, offering steady daytime weekday hours and a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ticketing & Tagging: Inspect incoming/outgoing merchandise, apply accurate price tickets, barcode labels, and retail tags in accordance with store requirements.
• Packing & Order Fulfillment: Carefully pick, wrap, and pack merchandise into boxes or crates to prevent transit damage.
• Shipping Prep: Weigh packages, verify shipping addresses, print packing slips and shipping labels, and stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickups (UPS, FedEx, freight).
• Inventory & Quality Check: Perform basic quality checks on merchandise to ensure proper counts and condition before dispatch.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workstation, packing benches, and warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in warehousing, shipping/receiving, retail fulfillment, or ticketing preferred (entry-level candidates with strong attention to detail are welcome to apply).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift boxes weighing up to 35–50 lbs throughout a shift.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and speed for repetitive labeling, ticketing, and packing tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for a Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.
• Basic computer literacy for printing labels and reviewing packing manifests.
