Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate – (Bohemia, NY) $18/hour | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM A busy third?party logistics (3PL) warehouse in Bohemia, NY is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily operations. This is a full-time, in?person role with the potential to become a permanent hire for the right candidate.

Position Overview The Warehouse Associate will assist with general warehouse duties including picking, packing, receiving, inventory handling, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Forklift experience is a plus but not required - the company is willing to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks (manual and pallet jack use)
• Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory
• Perform basic inventory counts and cycle counts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Forklift experience is a plus (not mandatory)
• Ability to lift boxes and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment

Compensation & Schedule

• $18 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Temp-to-hire opportunity for strong performers

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00
