Warehouse Associate

Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Growth Potential & Great Benefits) Location: Irvine, CA (Near Irvine Spectrum) Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 / hour (Depending on Experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch) Position Type: Long-Term Contract / Temp-to-Hire

This is for a thriving wholesale herbal supplement company looking for a reliable, proactive Warehouse Associate to join our team near the Irvine Spectrum. This is a long-term position with strong potential to transition into a permanent, full-time career.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Order Fulfillment: Pull, pack, and prepare herbal supplement orders for shipment quickly and accurately.
• Logistics Support: Assist with shipping and receiving by unloading incoming trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Inventory Control: Sort, organize, and place stock onto warehouse racks according to layout standards.
• Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment across all shelves and workstation areas.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on warehouse experience.
• Physical Readiness: Ability to comfortably stand, walk, bend, and lift boxes up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Language: Bilingual in Mandarin and English is highly preferred (but not required!).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Soft Skills: A self-starter with a positive attitude who shows great initiative and works well independently or with a team. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
