• Weld metal components using MIG techniques, interpret blueprints, and construct parts to specification.
• Inspect welds for quality, maintain equipment in proper working order, and troubleshoot issues.
• Support other departments and perform assigned duties as production needs require.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a production or installation MIG welder and the ability to pass a practical welding test.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, using tools safely, and applying mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work independently or in a team, and willingness to cross-train. Core Benefits
