Skills for an Electronics Test Technician

• Experience using spectrum analyzers and frequency meters.
• Ability to follow wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Hands-on electronics experience required.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities of an Electronics Test Technician

• Reading and interpreting test schedules, work orders, performance specifications, and schematics to test and diagnose subassemblies and components.
• Using specialized equipment, including signal generators, frequency meters, and power supply analyzers.
• Analyzing and interpreting technical test results.
• Diagnosing components and performing necessary or reworks. Education Requirements for an Electronics Test Technician
• Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in a related technical field. OR
• Minimum of 2 years of direct technical and industry-applicable experience.
