Location: Simi Valley, CA Salary: $22-$25 DOE Position: Full-Time Temp to Hire SMT Operator Responsibilities SMT Operator Responsibilities

• Assist with daily SMT production operations.
• Program and operate advanced SMT equipment.
• Perform manual component placement with precision.
• Solder and assemble PCB components accurately.
• Inspect products for specification compliance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot SMT equipment regularly.

SMT Operator Requirements

• Proficient in SMT machine operations.
• Skilled in soldering and component assembly.
• Experience with PCB setup and processes.
• Ability to read Gerber files, drawings.
• ITAR-compliant
• 3+ years in contract manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Fast-paced environment, standing all day.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Siemens SMT machines.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes.
