What You'll Do

• Team Leadership & Workflow: Direct department operations and set daily schedules across four core stations: Picker, Pre-packer, QC-packer, and Shipper
• Quality & Order Accuracy: Perform and oversee final QC checks on orders, ensuring accurate parts and quantities before items are packed and shipped
• Inventory & Order Management: Manage work orders, inventory transfers, and packing supply replenishment to maintain proper stock levels and hit daily shipping targets
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot shipping delays, resolve customer order inquiries (via email, web, or phone), and diagnose process bottlenecks to recommend solutions to the supervisor
• Documentation & Reporting: Assist supervisor with scanning daily picks, tracking logs, updating master spreadsheets, and maintaining document control
• Safety & Upkeep: Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse floor, keeping aisles free of parts and materials at shift close

What You Need

• 3–5 years of fast-paced, high-volume shipping/receiving or warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a lead role preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Required computer proficiency: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and hands-on experience using Oracle for warehouse/shipping operations
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance, strong self-motivation, and the flexibility to work mandatory Saturday overtime
• Commitment to a safe work environment around active equipment, dust, and varying temperatures

Nice to Have

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as AdvancePro
